The problem we saw

Innovative memecoin projects with strong communities were stuck with template websites, generic logos, and no custom tools. Traditional agencies required 50%+ deposits, effectively excluding projects with limited initial budgets.

Founding moment

MemecoinLab started in 2023 when our founder, Mahmudur, kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant memecoin communities with embarrassing websites and no real tools. The first three projects were free — designed for friends in Telegram groups — and the first paid client only paid after seeing a finished landing page they loved.

Key milestones

• 2023 — first three projects shipped under the pay-after-approval handshake.
• 2024 — formal launch of MemecoinLab as a remote-first agency; service catalog defined; first 100 paid clients.
• Early 2025 — added in-house AI tooling (chat bots, mascot generators, MemeSiteGen), expanded to 24/7 coverage across timezones.
• Late 2025 — added smart contract development across Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Avalanche.
• 2026 — published versioned Terms, Privacy, Refund and About policies; introduced public admin audit trail and explicit GDPR + CCPA compliance.

How the operating model evolved

The original model was simple: deliver first, get paid second. Over time we added structure to protect both sides — written scope before work begins, clear revision rounds, refund commitments tied to specific terms in our Refund Policy, and an audited admin trail so every change to a public policy or pricing page is recoverable. The promise has not changed: zero deposit, pay only after approval.

Pay-after-approval guarantee

Zero deposit. You see and approve deliverables before any payment. If we miss a written commitment in our Terms, you can request a refund per the Refund Policy. Read the full agreement at /terms.

GDPR + CCPA compliant data handling

We honor data subject access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection requests within 30 days. Cookies are limited to operational essentials and clearly disclosed. Refund policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Crypto network fees are covered by MemecoinLab. The full conditions, eligible windows, and fiat/crypto coverage are documented at /refund.

Audited admin trail

Every change to a public policy, pricing page, or piece of marketing copy is recorded in our admin audit log with a timestamp, before/after diff, and operator identity. The audit trail is queryable internally and forms the basis of the version history shown on each policy page.
