Refund Policy

Zero Deposit Required

Unlike traditional agencies that require 50% upfront or full payment before starting, we require zero deposit. We begin work immediately based on your project requirements, investing our time and expertise with the confidence that you will love the results.

Approval Before Payment

You receive complete deliverables for review. Only after you approve the work and express satisfaction do we request payment. If you're not happy with the work, you owe nothing. This is our commitment to quality and your peace of mind.

Built-In Protection

Our model inherently protects you because you never pay for work that doesn't meet your standards. There's no need to chase refunds because payment only happens after your approval.

Start of the period

The 14-day period begins on the day after the contract is concluded — typically the day after MemecoinLab confirms the project brief by email. The period ends 14 calendar days later at 23:59 UTC.

How to exercise the right

Send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to refunds@memecoinlab.xyz before the period ends. Include your name, project name, and the date the contract was concluded. A simple sentence such as "I hereby withdraw from my MemecoinLab project contract" is sufficient. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours.

If service performance has begun within the period

If you expressly request that we begin work within the 14-day window (which is the default for our pay-after-approval model so we can hit your launch date) and you later exercise the right of withdrawal, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already performed up to the point of withdrawal. Because no payment is collected until you approve the work, in practice the proportionate amount is usually zero.

When the right does not apply

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal is lost once a service has been fully performed and you have given prior express consent to begin performance — for example, after you have approved the final deliverables and source files have been transferred. The right also does not apply to B2B engagements where you are acting in your professional capacity, although MemecoinLab voluntarily offers equivalent protection on a discretionary basis.

Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a complete refund if:

• Project not started within 7 days of payment
• Deliverables not meeting agreed specifications after revision attempts
• Unable to deliver within 2x the promised timeline
• Service cancellation before work begins
• Material breach of agreement by MemecoinLab

Partial Refund (50-75%)

Partial refunds may be available when:

• Project partially completed at time of cancellation
• Revisions exhausted but client still unsatisfied (case-by-case)
• Scope changes requested by client make original deliverables unusable
• External factors prevent project completion

No Refund

Refunds are not available when:

• Project delivered and approved by client
• Source files transferred to client
• Project completed according to agreed specifications
• More than 30 days since payment
• Client breach of terms caused project failure

Refund Currency

Refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency received. We do not convert between cryptocurrencies or to fiat for refunds.

Value Determination

The USD equivalent at the time of refund initiation will be used as the reference value. We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations between payment and refund.

Network Fees

All network transaction fees for refund transfers are covered by MemecoinLab. You receive the full refund amount without deductions.

Processing Time

Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after approval. The actual blockchain confirmation time depends on network congestion.

Wallet Verification

For security, refunds are only sent to the original sending wallet address. We cannot process refunds to different wallets.

Website Design

Since you approve designs before payment, refunds after approval require valid technical issues not present in the approved design. Examples include: broken functionality, missing features, or significant deviation from approved design.

AI/Smart Contract Development

For AI tools and smart contracts:

• Bugs within 30 days of delivery: Free fix or full refund
• Feature requests (not bugs): Not refundable
• Third-party API issues: Partial refund available
• Security vulnerabilities: Immediate fix or refund

Marketing Services

Marketing campaigns have pro-rated refunds:

• Before campaign launch: 75% refund
• During campaign: Pro-rated based on work completed
• After campaign completion: No refund
• Performance guarantees: Case-by-case evaluation

Exchange Listing Services

Listing services have outcome-based refunds:

• Listing not achieved on target exchange: 100% refund
• Listing achieved on different exchange: 50% refund available
• Listing achieved as agreed: No refund
• Client-caused delays: Pro-rated consideration

Branding & Logo Design

Branding deliverables are refundable if:

• Designs don't meet agreed specifications
• Files unusable or corrupted
• Missing deliverables from package

Direct Resolution

Contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We value client relationships and aim for mutual satisfaction.

Management Escalation

If not satisfied with initial response, request escalation to management. A senior team member will review your case within 72 hours.

Third-Party Mediation

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, we agree to mediation through a mutually accepted third-party service.

Binding Arbitration

As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration. This is faster and less expensive than court proceedings.
