What you pay vs. when

You pay zero deposit to start. Work begins on the day we agree on the brief. Payment is only collected after you approve the deliverables. Full terms live in our Terms of Service; refund eligibility (including a 100% refund if we exceed 2× the agreed timeline) is documented in our Refund Policy.

  • After approval — Pay within 7 business days; we transfer source files and full IP rights.
  • If unsatisfied — Use included revision rounds; you owe nothing until you explicitly approve.
